[arm-allstar] UV-82 No audio/DTMF input

Doug,
Yeah, I dont understand this one either. Everything is working as
it should without the 2N7000 with COSFROM=USB. I was watching
simple-tune option V while listening to stations and PTT shows
'KEYED' when people talk and goes back to CLEAR when they stop. When
I talk, COS goes from CLEAR to KEYED and back to CLEAR when I am done.
I talked to a couple different people for an audio check and both
said audio levels sound fine.
This has been a strange one to say the least.
