[arm-allstar] UV-82 No audio/DTMF input

Dave,
If you can see all the DTMF digits reliably in the client when you press
them then they are working. So then go on to press something like *80
which will play your ID or *81 which plays time of day. Do this with DTMF
and observe the results.
Also try Manually. In the client you do it this way -
rpt fun <yournode> *80
Where your node is your node number without the <>
Try connecting somewhere - rpt fun <yournode> *3<node>
The manual and DTMF methods should work the same.
Make sure you are registered - check_reg.sh - if not you will not be able
to connect anywhere!
