[arm-allstar] Connection issues / HamVoIP registration

Hi Everyone,

I've got perhaps a couple dozen e-mail requests for a total of several
hundred registration statements so far today.  I'll work through these
messages and send the registration statements ASAP. I'll start working on 
these requests later today.

I'm not sure what's happening with the ASL registration system, however
many users have reported odd problems over the last several weeks. The
primary issue reported is that their nodes are showing that they're
registered with ASL, but, their node never shows up in the ASL nodelist 
file.

I've also received several e-mail messages asking if there is any way I 
can help with their ASL servers/nodes. I'm working on a solution for this 
as well, and it should be available in the next few days. I'll make an 
announcement at that time.
