[arm-allstar] URI to TYT 9000D 220 mobile radio

Not sure way but when I wired the DMK URI to the TYT 9000D 220 radio with pins 19 and 20 grounds bridged I had a hum on TX with the radio, I removed the bridge from pins 19 and 20, I used pin 20 of URI to the ground of the db 9 plug into the radio, then used pin 19 to connect to the shield and then to the outer shell of the db 9 connector  at the radio end and the hum went away, must have been a grounding problem on my end?
