[arm-allstar] Setting Up a Reverse Tunnel Through a Firewall

Trying to follow the document [
https://www.hamvoip.org/Configuration_of_a_Reverse_Tunnel.pdf] and find
that its not compatible with the latest HamVoIP version.  As it concerns
the Client settings Config does not exist in ~/.ssh/ (located off of the
root directory)

Anyone have a more current whitepaper for establishing reverse SSH or
ability to access the Pi that is behind a NAT?
