[arm-allstar] Problem booting RPi image

Les,

Unfortunately I don't have an answer. The SW works. If you want to check
checksums they are listed on the web page. There are only three variables
here. The SD card, the Pi, and the Pi power supply. What version of the Pi
are you using? The Pi zero won't work.

Have you tried a different SD card? Have you tried a different Pi? Have you
tried a different power supply?
