[arm-allstar] Audio Failure

The card is the problem.

First step, I substituted a BBB Allstar node that I had from earlier
testing and had audio thus eliminating the Quantar Repeater.

I replaced the PI and the DMK URI using the original microSD card with
no audio. I installed my new microSD card (one that I started to use to
rebuild an test with and then I had audio.

Next step, I put the new card in the old Pi and URI combo and that worked.

That eliminates everything but the microSD card.
