[arm-allstar] Dosbox

Chris,

   I have no idea if anyone has ever successfully tested the Spectra dosbox
SW. I have a Spectra but had a friend with real Motorola HW program it. I
did not have the cable to do it and figured for one radio it would not be
worth my time to build or buy it. So before you pull your hair out see if
anyone else was successful programming the Spectra using the dosbox SW on
the Pi.

Most all all Spectra cables out there use real serial ports DB9 or DB25. I
don't know whether it will work with a USB to serial cable but in any case
it must be FTDI.
