I have noticed two prominent resonant peaks, mostly from cheap Chinese 
radios -- Baofeng, PuXing, not so much from BTech and Wouxun,) as well 
as everyone I've ever heard using a Clear Node. I guess it's something 
about how their high pass filters work. These are generally 330 and 290 hz.

If I use a pair of cascaded filters in rpt.conf, such as

rxnotch=330,20,330,20,290,20,290,20

will this notch filter be sent down the network, or just to a radio 
connected to the node? In other words, if someone who exhibits this 
sound normally is connected through my node, will others also connected 
to the same node get the notch filter applied to their RX?
