[arm-allstar] 2nd radio port with hamvoip & RPi3B?

I expect the Pi could handle it, especially a 3B or newer, but really, why? Pis are so cheap that building up another whole Pi node isn’t going to break the bank. It’s great…a $50 (if you get the case and power supply) little box that’s as powerful and capable as a $300+ repeater controller? I mean even if you build out all the control circuitry to control fans, monitor temperatures, and all the rest, you’re still ahead. But especially given that we’re likely using simplest and not usbradio here, I don’t think two radios are going to cause a problem. More than two, maybe, I don’t know, but two? Don’t see why not.
