[arm-allstar] 2nd radio port with hamvoip & RPi3B?

Hi Orrin,
We usually recommend just using a single radio/repeater per RPi. These
days, this recommendation is mainly made since it can simplify layout and
reduce the likelihood of ground-loops, RFI, etc.
However, a single RPi3B running the current HamVoIP firmware will easily
handle 2 radios or repeaters.
