Adam,
rx_timeout is based on cos and tx_timeout on PTT. If you haven't changed
from the defaults the rx_timeout should be
5 minutes (300000 seconds) and the tx_timeout is usually set to three
minutes. The purpose of rx_timeout is to release a node from hanging a
circuit if its cos is longer than 5 minutes. I believe either will display
a message in the client if you have that open when it occurs. I don't
believe there is any other logging.
