[arm-allstar] Timeout Logging

Hello all,

Should I expect to be able to find something in Asterisk's message or event logging? I'm trying to chase down a report of a timeout on a connected repeater, to see if it were in the transmitter or if we timed out in Asterisk, but I don't see any messaging. Not sure if I should though.

I see some allusions to RX timeout/COS timeout which shouldn't have come up, if those are still part of the current code.
