[arm-allstar] Hamvoip asnode.org replacement is now available

 Also I might add that many hundreds of hamvoip users are now using the
hamvoip registration server with manual entries. If you are having a
problem and you want a hamvoip registration line for your node(s) send Dave
a personal message with the node numbers. He will respond with a
registration line you can add to iax.conf for the hamvoip registration
server.  Hamvoip registrations incorporate the iax port in the registration
line so if you were just using a hamvoip registration you could change
ports simply by changing the bindport and registration line port in your
iax.conf file.But if you were using dual registration with hamvoip and
Allstar then you would still need to change ports at the Allstar web page.
