[arm-allstar] Raspberry Pi4 Image Location

Larry,

 Both Pi images on the hamvoip.org web page support all Pi's including the
Pi4. This is noted there in several places on that page.  Select the
download link at the top. The version number is 1.6-01.  You will update
from that online when you do the setup.

The exe file is self extracting in Windows to an image you write to the SD
card using win32diskimager.
