[arm-allstar] Weather Service Interface

I use the AutoSky program that came with the install package. It gives NOAA weather alerts and broadcast them over the repeater. You can co trip how often it gives the announcements. If you google AllStar AutoSky there is a walkthrough on how to set it up.

The Plano (TX) Amateur Radio Klub is in the process of constructing an AllStar interface to their primary county AARES Repeater as part of emergency planning. Is there a way to interface the national weather service alert system such that alerts can be automatically routed from the Pi to the VHF repeater for broadcast?
