Thanks a bunch Doug, changing the Duplex from "0" to "1" fixed it. Now that I think about it, the interface on port 2 is like a simplex node.

Not familiar with interfacing to that controller but duplex=0 turns off
all telemetry. Do you have linktolink=yes ? Not sure if that would help
but maybe in the previous setup you were not using duplex=0 ?? duplex=1
and lintolink=yes might be what is needed. Worth a try.
