[arm-allstar] Help with setting up OpenVPN

Trying to set up OpenVPN on a club node that will be on a temporary
cellular connection, until we can get a dedicated "landline" (buddy of mine
owns a wireless ISP and is setting up a 10x10 connection to the tower)..
but for the life of me, I can't figure out OpenVPN. It should be simple,
and I'm probably missing the instruction packet where it is simple, but I
can't find it. Does anyone have a dummy's guide on setting up OpenVPN?

I did find a site that seemed to have an easy set up with OpenVPN called
SkySilk, I created an account to try out for server side, but I really have
no idea what I need to do to configure both sides.
