[arm-allstar] Disabling Time announcements

Rob,

crontab -e

at the Linux prompt

Which puts you in the nano editor looking at the cron events. Comment out
the 00 00-23 .... line as shown below with a # as the first character and
save it.

15 03 * * * cd /usr/local/sbin; ./astdb.php cron
#00 0-23 * * * (source /usr/local/etc/allstar.env ; /usr/bin/nice -19
/usr/bin/perl /usr/local/sbin/saytime.pl $NODE1 > /dev/null)
