[arm-allstar] Mobile Hot spot dropping out

been seeing a lot more mobile hotspot issues, no the same as connection
issues at home.
how about using a repeater that someone put a lot of time an effort in
to putitng up for public use?
Kinda silly to be using cellular mobile networks on amateur radio when
there are repeaters available.
