[arm-allstar] Baofeng "modless" howto

Thank you for posting this!  It will be very helpful in my node!

I have a quick question though. On the schematic, the tx voltage divider is
10k/10k on r5,r6. However, in the description it says the values are 1k/10k
and to adjust r6 for levels. Which is correct?
