[arm-allstar] chinese mobile radio??

Any of the Baofeng radios need internal modifications to work with Allstar
BUT you can build an external circuit to use the mic/earphone jack on just
about all of the Baofengs the 888 NOT being included. I believe George is
going to offer that mode on a FOB board in the near future. I will put out
a howto on that simpler mod. The downside is the volume control effects the
RX audio so it must be adjusted and fixed at a specific location. Again
this will not work on the 888 but does work on the uv82 and uv5 models.
