[arm-allstar] radioless node dtmf problem

I might also add that because there is no DTMF audio feedback when building
a radioless node in this way it is often hard to tell if you are actually
pushing the buttons. Go into the client and visually see if the buttons are
actually decoding tones. The Alinco and other clone mics sometimes have
hard to push buttons and not actually hearing the tone can be confusing.
The Yaesu mic radioless node we are producing has DTMF audio feedback.
