The lock and/or DTMF switches on the mic itself could be an issue.
If you wired 5 volts to pin 5 of the mic connector when the Lock is set to
OFF the mic lighting should illuminate. If not DTMF will not be powered.
Make sure the DTMF button is NOT in the disable position.
Also believe it or not some folks not use to using a DTMF mic assume that
dialing the numbers will automatically key the node. Not so you must hold
PTT button
while dialing.
