[arm-allstar] RIM-Lite no longer keying RC-210 controller

I experienced many problems with Rim Lite due to bad connexions around the mini USB, even on systems that where running inside enclosures, and not subject to any stress.

I resolved most of it by soldering together the metal of the little cable and the miniature connector.

I had a couple of units that I was enable to repair since there was an intermitent connexion on the surface mount side of the connector, and I was not equipped with appropriate tools.

I also had one unit that had a cold solder on the PTT pin of the chip. I was able to repair it by heating a bit with a my soldering gun. It was easy since it was in the corner of the chip.

Since that time I bought a bunch of chineese cards, and I asked my son in law to solder the ptt and cor for me on the chip (He has the needed tools).

The advantage is that those cards plugs directly into the Raspberry PI, and I use wall mount db9 connectors, all in a good box, with a 5A 12V to 5V DCDC, plus fan on the CPU, and battery backup.
