[arm-allstar] Linking AllStar with SvxLink

All, I am helping one of the neighboring clubs get an Allstar/Echolink node
set up on their tower so we can link to them for our nightly nets (we
alternate days). Their tower site has limited internet options, so we are
exploring what we had previously, and use a cellular hotspot for connecting
to the internet. Unfortunately, I know app_rpt does not support Echolink
Proxy, which is what we had to use to enable users to connect without
problems.

Has anyone ever experimented with using SvxLink, either on the same Pi or a
separate Pi with a second interface as a local node and have them linked
that way? I know it's a roundabout way to do it, but I can easily set up an
Echolink Proxy, and we also have issues with direct connection to our own
Echolink, usually the first time will give an "Un-authorized" message, so
we may look at this option ourselves.
