[arm-allstar] AutoSky issues

Good day all,

I have the weather alert package running and has been working fine but
after I ran an update from the menu this morning and rebooted I didn't hear
the usual NWS "All clear" message.  On further investigation it appears
that the file /usr/local/bin/AUTOSKY/AutoSky is missing..... I'm pretty
sure that I'd like it back!
