[arm-allstar] Supermon update

There has been a Supermon update today that is mainly cosmetic. Paul has
spent some time since the last update carefully grooming appearance items.
There is also a new parameter that can be added to the  global.inc  file if
desired -

// Enable [Database] button – For quick review of entire AllStar internal
database.
$DATABASE_TXT = "/tmp/database.txt";
//

Also be aware that the supermon.css file changes with this update. This is
not a protected file so if you have made any changes in this file you
should back it up before updating.

Use the Admin menu Item 1 to update.
