[arm-allstar] Duplex function not working correctly?

Very good Mike.. Also you forgot to mention that echolink is also added 
to the mix.

Have never used echolink so no knowledge about it here.
Others might jump in and address its configuration and quirks when that 
function is generated from an Allstar node.
