[arm-allstar] Duplex function not working correctly?

That’s what it’s doing is the courtesy beep from the linked ports. I’m fine
with them after the transmission.. but for some reason it is coming through
the repeater at the beginning of a transmission using Echolink.

If I kill the beep’s duration, of course it goes away. But it’s coming
through for some reason, it shouldn’t be coming through at the beginning,
that’s what’s frustrating.
