[arm-allstar] Very low audio.

The Baofengs are actually very good radios to use for short haul. They work
well and have good audio when used as a node. The PL works fine so I am not
sure what your issue was with that. You need to program them with chirp.
Don't fool around with front panel programming it will drive you nuts!
