[arm-allstar] Very low audio.

This is all very interesting but I do not believe it is a wide/narrow issue
as George is still modifying and shipping these radio right now.

Please try the DMK-URI Pin 9 as I described in the last email.

Also a note to all. The DMK-URI while a good card is WAY over priced at
this point. They have also switch over to a CM119B and apparently have not
adjusted values to match its different levels. For those two reasons I
would not recommend buying a DMK-URI at this point.
