Hi everyone,
I am new to AllStar and new to that mailing list and I might ask a question that has been answered server time. I haven’t found the answer to my problem tho.
I have installed hamvoip, on a Raspberry Pi 3B+, I am using the URI made by DMK Engineering and a Baofeng UV-82, with the mods found on the hamvoip website. Everything seems to be working ok besides my low, very low audio. People I am talking with can barely hear me. On the receive everything is fine.
I have tried all the obvious things I could find on the internet, but nothing seems to be working. I have played with simple_usb_tune. The RX Boost Mode is on (1), my Rx Voice Level is set to 999. I have checked the alsamixer and the microphone input is all the way up. I have even try to remove the 4.7kΩ resistor on the DB25 connector and don’t get any improvements.
I was wondering if someone had encountered this problem before or if something had an idea that I haven’t explored yet.
73,
-fred-
