[arm-allstar] Remote connection failed, too slow of a response error

Dave,

I would say that if your Internet connection is that bad you would not have
reliable VOIP. The initial connection is not high bandwidth. Perhaps there
is another issue as to why you are getting a connection fail. Do you always
get a fail? Using *73<node> will continuously try to connect. Did you try
that?

What kind of pings are you getting to hamvoip.org? allstarlink.org?  Try
running the check_connect.sh script and see what you get. Also check to
make sure you are registered -  check_reg.sh
