[arm-allstar] Remote connection failed, too slow of a response error

We have one link that has a slow internet connect at the site, and we get a
connection failure message   says too long to respond 

 

We are looking at increasing the speed but my question is

 

Is the a setting in a confg file that is changeable to allow for a longer
time before the connections error happens
