[arm-allstar] 60 second noise burst

Tom,
It is very strange that it would only happen when your node ID's. Is that
the case, only when it ID's? Are you using a voice or CW ID? You can go
into the rpt.conf file and change the ID and see what happens. If you are
using voice you can change to CW by commenting the voice line and
uncommenting the CWID line. If this truly is only happening on ID then
possible you have a corrupted voice ID file. Example -

; Main ID voice
;idrecording=|iDE WA3DSP/L
; Main ID CW
;idtalkover=|iDE WA3DSP/L
