Robert,

  The update server was down and is now back up. I had sent a message to
this list last Thursday night explaining that it was likely that the web
page and update servers would be down due to the hurricane.

Since this has not happened before we are now aware of the blank screen
issue in certain situations when the server is not available and will
address that in a future update.
