[arm-allstar] hamvoip.org down?

Node crashed today, out of memory, not sure why that happened, even though
cron reboots the node once per week. SD card is not full, no large log file
or any significant logs there at all.

Went to my site, rebooted, tried to run update, only get blue screen, no
message/error. Version installed is from July, so it's not that old.

Unable to access hamvoip.org Tried via Local ISP, tried via AT&T Wireless,
Tried via Verizon Wireless 4G LTE, and none of them can reach your site.

   - Checking the proxy and the firewall
