[arm-allstar] Audio levels reset to 100 after node reboot

Russ,

 As was pointed out you must write the changes you make in
simpleusb-tune-menu using the w command. In fact it reminds you of that if
you have made changes and try to exit without saving. Changes you do not
save will remain until you reboot.
