[arm-allstar] TX Audio adjustment

The TX audio (audio from your node to the radio you are talking on) is
controlled by item 3 in simpleusb-tune-menu. This is item 12 from the main
menu. Values range from 1 to 999. Try turning it down in 50 point steps.
The audio level you hear should be the same as that which you would hear
from a local repeater and of course it should not be distorted. One
possibility is that the RA35 is over driving you radio. You may need to put
a resistive divider on the audio output of the RA35 before it reaches your
radio. A 10K resistor in series with a 10K to ground on the radio side
would cut it in half. If you need more reduction reduce the 10K to ground.
