[arm-allstar] AllStar installation on RP3

Rich,
On echolink did you look at the howto at hamvoip.org? To use echolink you
need an account. Did you setup the echolink.conf file with your data. Named
echolink.xxx when not used - you must rename. Also did you do the echolink
port forwarding? There can be only one echolink instance per public IP
address.
