[arm-allstar] Allstar Web Transceiver

 Greetings,
I just joined this forum a few days ago and am awaiting arrival of my node (49246) at this time.
In the interim, I tried to use the web transceiver at the allstarlink.org website.  Here is the issue:
     I have installed Java's latest version.  I have tried with IE 11 and Firefox 62.0.3 on a Windows 8.1 computer.
     When I click on a node in the Web Transceiver tab the following happens:
     IE:  Message from Java window that says "Your security settings have blocked an application signed with an expired or not yet valid certificate from running".
     Firefox:  Nothing even begins to open up in Java.
Can someone kindly offer some clues how to get the web transceiver and the Java addon to operate.  I will be most appreciative.
