[arm-allstar] Fan control via GPIO and control circuit you can get from Amazon

Amazon sells them for about $9 and you can get them in a couple days. On the Motorola CDM series radios I wedge the temperature sensor in the fins under the finals with some heat transfer paste and throw some RTV over it to hold in the heat so the fan doesn't falsely cool it. The fan shuts off when the heatsink is at setpoint.
I use 12 volt computer fans. 12 volt from the radio Power supply to +12 plus and ground. Jumper from +12 to K1, the fan + lead go to K0 and - to ground Gound too easy.

Jim,
That looks really neat and so cheap. Even though I don't need one I would
order a couple just to have.
