[arm-allstar] Registration question

I’ve got a couple users that when their portable node, running on a vzw hotspot calls into my hub - my hub CLI shows

Accepting an authenticated call from IP...........

Then after some IP jargon 

It says reported node xxxxx cannot be found and hangs up

The node is question is using the ASL server for registration and my HUB is registering on both ASL/ham voip

Am I correct that this is a ASL registration problem and I need to switch these nodes to the hamvoip and this goes away? Is there anything else I should check?  

User is a truck driver and uses his node everyday and yesterday it died and will not connect. Remote into his Pi (R-SSH) and his connections to internet are great. 

Requested updated registration for his 2 nodes, but, want to make sure that’s all this should be...
