[arm-allstar] Supermon 6.1+ Additional Update

Giles,

 This too will be corrected in the next update. It is not a supermon
problem though. We need to filter the astdb.php file as Allstar does not
seem to have the where with all to do it at the source. It should be out in
a day or two.
