[arm-allstar] Supermon 6.1+ Additional Update

Hi Doug,

Thank's for the Supermon update, on more correction will be appreciated, a problem persists. With some nodes, Supermon doesn't works. Bryan, K6CBR has
found that supermon doesn't works with node where there is somme specials letters in the description like é, à, è ...

For Quebec area, I had ask to sysop's node to change their description, VA2LX was not done, but this error can be occure on other french or other
language.

Did you think I'll be possible to fix this minor issue ?
