[arm-allstar] User Contexts for IAXRPT connections

Team,

Looking through the config files and trying to create 3 basic command
contexts for users that connect via IAXRPT/Zoiper:

Admin - All DTMF functions available
Power User - Only status and connect/disconnect node
User - No DTMF access

Does there exist a quick howto on how one might go about accomplishing this?

Am I insane for thinking this direction? :)
