[arm-allstar] Auto wpa_supplicant on first boot

Hi,

On the HamVoIP image, you could mount the SD card on another Linux system 
and place the pre-configured wpa_supplicant info in this file:

/etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant_custom-wlan0.conf

Also, you can pre-configure the other network settings by adjusting these 
files:

For wired Ethernet:
/etc/systemd/network/eth0.network

For WiFi:
/etc/systemd/network/wlan0.network


I do this all the time...
