[arm-allstar] Adjusting level of Sound File

I found a document that detailed how to set the level (Volume) of a WAV
File that was converted to GSM for playback via CROM job on my node.  Now
that I have time to tinker with it I cannot for the life of me find the
information.  I also attempted to search the history of this mail list but
get Not Found " The requested URL /hamvoip-search.php was not found on this
server. "

Can anyone point me please or email me directly the information?
