[arm-allstar] Newlines and EchoLink

Lloyd,

 I rarely have Echolink connections on my hubs and no one has ever reported
not hearing it but that does not mean it is working. It is possible that
telemetry does not go out over Echolink and maybe even IRLP but I think it
should.  Is anyone else seeing this?

Another question is what duplex mode are you running in rpt.conf? If you
are running  duplex=0 then that is your problem

Also Just to confirm - is your Echolink attached to the same node where you
are running playnews?
